Default Excel spreadsheet

I am a bit of a novice in the workings of excel. I have created database of fungi records from the london area and have uploaded it to my website. It appears without any grids which I would prefer to have if possible. I also have comment boxes on the original which have not appeared on the website page. In fact there are a few comment boxes that appear faded and in the wrong place. Anyone got any ideas on how I can rectify these concerns.

Thanks

You reposting later with a more correct subject of
"Comments boxes and grid lines" and got a response, and I have
nothing more that I can tell you. As to non descriptive subjects go
any words like microsoft, public, excel, misc, spreadsheets,
are all non descriptive subject words in this Excel newsgroup as I think
you guessed later.
