Default How do I get the initial "Database Window w/Objects"?

I am TRYING to find the table, form, and report objects. Anyone know how to
get the Database Window to come up initially so I can name it and begin
entering my information, etc.? I'm very new to Access and have been trying
to learn, but can't find this window!

I don't want the samples, I need to start one of my own. Thanks for any
help.

The database window should be about the only thing that you see when you open
a new database. That leave two possibilities.

(1) The database window is hidden. Press the F11 key and it should unhide it.

(2) It's there but off the screen where you can't see it. In that case go to
Window, Cascade and see if it shows up.

Thank you! This took forever for this simple thing, but finally after "open
a new document", I saw it in the files as a db1. Hope this tidbit will help
another newbie to at least get started.
