Hi
When i am clicking "replay to all" on my outlook it includes myself also
inthe To field
i am using outlook 2003

Default Replay to all

"all" means everyone including you. Reply to all will always include you.
Take your address out of the To.. field once you click Reply to all

Yes, that can indeed happen depending on your account configuration. Simply
remove yourself from the list. Later versions of Outlook have better
filtering mechanisms (in Outlook 2010 this should not happen at all
anymore).

If it really bothers you, there are add-ins available to monitor for this
such as Reply to All Monitor from Sperry Software;

There are tools you can purchase or delete your address yourself.
