Default the operation failed error- when pressing send and receive

I have installed a new version of outlook when i received a smart mobile
phone and I am now getting this error.

I have tested the mail accounts nad thye are all still working ok?

any suggestions please

Default the operation failed error- when pressing send and receive

Close Outlook and try deleting/renaming the file profile_name.SRS. This
*.SRS file is what contains your send/receive settings, so hopefully this
file is just wiggy after the software upgrade.
