My query doesn't pick up records added to the table after a parti.
My query does not pick up any records added to the table after 10/9/07 but
there is no reason for this in the query itself. Also it does not pick up records added before that date if any of the data in that record had been amended since that date!

Are you using date criteria by chance such as "10/15/09"?
What is the datatype of your date field? -- Build a little, test a little.
