I have 3 tables and I need to connect them by address so I will only
send one payment per family. Can this be done and if so how?

I'm assuming that you have three Payment tables each of which has an address
field(s). If so, probably not. For example "123 Main St." , "123 Main Street"
and , "123 N. Main Street" all look different to Access.

To better answer your question, we probably need a better idea what is in
each table and some examples of records in each table
