Default One record out of many records will not come up on a form? It is .

I have several records. A piece of each record is parsed to several tables
tied together by an common acct#. I have several forms each based on their
own query. All the records populate all the forms as they should BUT one
record. The one record populates all the forms but one form. Which tells me
there this record has an issue with that query, but why? None of the other
records have an issue with that query. I have reentered the primary number/
acct# just to be sure but I still have a problem. Can anyone help me figure
this one out?
