Subscribe to Newsgroups

I am trying to subscribe to the newsgroups of this board but I am
getting the server cannot be found.

I tried it again and was told that the groups were not polled.

I do not have Outlook Express..can I use Outlook?

Does anyone have any documentation on this?

You need newsreading software to do this, Outlook Express, Forte etc.
Outlook has no native newsreading capability, though there are add-ins that
will allow it - such as Newsgator. Frankly if you are running Windows, OE is
the better option - see http://www.gmayor.com/MSNews.htm

And note that it is very difficult not to have Outlook Express since it is
part of Windows Explorer.
