Default Functionality problems with Outlook calendar

HELP!! We operate several machines in this office - 3 are
using Windows XP, the rest are using Windows 98, and all
are using Office 2000. The problem is that the machines
that use XP are having Public calendar problems - the
calendar changes dates and times in XP, when converted
from the 98 machines. Is this normal? Is there anything I
can do fix it - the higher-ups have the XP. We will be
converting all machines to XP within the next couple of
months, and I think it'll fix itself then, but, in the
meantime, I have some unhappy people here.

THANKS!!
