Outlook resets e-mail settings - Trend Micro OfficeScan
If you are using Trend Micro Office Scan in your domain and you are using POP
accounts with your e-mail clients, the mail settings will constantly reset every fifteen minutes or so to "localhost" and the username will have the following added to it... Trend Micro says this is a known problem, and a fix can be found at http://esupport.trendmicro.com/suppo...8&id=EN-116078 This was a little maddening to figure out, and I thought I would post it. -- Matt@synapsedata Small Businesses should have the same support as large enterprises... we can help! |

Outlook resets e-mail settings - Trend Micro OfficeScan
Indeed, but your subject is wrong then. It is Trend Micro that changed the
e-mail settings and not Outlook ;-) -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more ----- "syndata" wrote in message news If you are using Trend Micro Office Scan in your domain and you are using POP accounts with your e-mail clients, the mail settings will constantly reset every fifteen minutes or so to "localhost" and the username will have the following added to it...
