Default 2003 shared calendar time shift issue

An executive is sharing his calendar with an assistant both havinf 2003 and when she views his calendar the times are shifted. I updated and still can't find any solution. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Alex

Check the time zone and daylight saving time settings in both Windows *and*
Outlook on both the exec's and the assistant's machines. Usually there is
one setting off from all the others and that causes the time shift.
