I'm trying to set a specific letter that I use all the time to print to a
specific tray, one that contains letterhead. I know that there should be a
way to save this, but can not figure it out.

A macro which demonstrates how to print to a particular tray (or printer)
can be found at http://www.gmayor.com/fax_from_word.htm
Printer information is not stored with the document.
