The former is no small undertaking, as it would fall under the stringent HIPAA patient-privacy regulations. I'm not aware of an Access template for either. Perhaps you could post a bit more description of what you want? John W. Vinson JVinson *at* Wysard Of Info *dot* com |

Is there a template for a medical bill tracking database?
I was looking for something for personal use. That might track doctors,
medicine, etc. and cost, insurance paid and portion owed, etc. "John W. Vinson" wrote: On Tue, 8 Jan 2008 19:27:03 -0800, AEKez wrote: Does microsoft have a template already set up that I can use? Why not build your own? There are some good tutorials available about how to create databases: Jeff Conrad's resources page: http://www.accessmvp.com/JConrad/acc...resources.html The Access Web resources page: http://www.mvps.org/access/resources/index.html A free tutorial written by Crystal (MS Access MVP): http://allenbrowne.com/casu-22.html MVP Allen Browne's tutorials: http://allenbrowne.com/links.html#Tutorials If you need specific help, post back describing your problems.
