This is an MS-Access database newsgroup, so I believe you'll get a better
answer in one of the IE NGs. My first guess thouse would be to run an
anti-spyware program such as Ad-Aware or Spybot (search for them at
www.google.com)

See:

http://securityresponse.symantec.com...mus.203.b.html

Update your AV software and run a full scan.
Install/Update Ad-Aware and run a full scan.
Install/Update Spybot S&D and run a full scan.
(Prepare to be amazed at what these find)
Go to Windows Update and install any needed critical updates.

Then wash your hands thoroughly.
