Default MS ACCESS in story boarding/p...

Why is MS Access often a good candidate to use in story boarding/protyping
the user interface presentations screens and basic database functionally for
new database development?

The controls for forms and reports in Access are designed specifically to be
used with recordsets. That means it's very quick to develop forms that
interact with the data.
