Default Combo box causing duplication in form and table

I'm a novice user needing a little help with my form.

I have a customer table and a customer query (all same fields).

The Customer form is built with the combined name field as the combo box
(unbound). When you click on the drop down arrow and select the name, you
then click on the command button that takes you to the subform which displays
all the customer information.

Problem: It gives me two pages to my subform, the first with only the
customers combined name and the second with all the information it was
supposed to show. It also produces another line of data in my table with just
the combined name of the customer I selected in the form.

Help. I only want to see one page in the form with all the information and
no additional lines of data in my table.
