Unexpected Closeing
I can have several (4 or 5) Word 2003 documents open at the same time and everything works fine. I open Outlook 2003 to check my mail and many times Word will totally shut down. I have done a detect and repair and have all updates (Office and XP) installed. Whats wrong??

Unexpected Closeing
Hi, JDC. If Word closes by itself and doesn't give an error message, then it could be due to a bug in the handwriting recognition feature. Try removing handwriting recognition in Start | Control Panel | Regional and Language Settings | Language tab | Details | select Handwriting Recognition | Remove. If this fixes the problem, and if you need to use handwriting recognition, then you can add it back and it should work okay after you re-add it.
