Default 12 months calendar retention

How do I keep details of my 12 months calendar? Currently it only shows 3
months, and older items from 4 months ago just disappear.

Are you using autoarchive? Syncing with a smartphone or pda?

If autoarchive, right click on the calendar folder and choose properties,
then autoarchive button and change the settings.

If syncing is doing it, change the settings on the phone to keep items
longer.
