Default How Do i set up acces to get standard responsed to a medical char.

I want to set up a db that I can enter info into freehanded but also get
standard responsed to a condition I need to respond to.

You're going to have to give us a lot more detail about what you are trying
to do.

What do you mean by "enter info into freehanded"?
What do you mean by "standard responsed) (sp?)?
