Can you post the complete error message as per verbatim because that error can have
different issues depending what the complete error say's This error can also occur in Outlook and OutlookExpress if you are using your Anti Virus to scan in and outgoing emails. Uninstall Norton, use the tool on their site to completely remove, reboot
