Changing the color of Scroll bars

Does anyone know how to change the color of the scroll
bars in an individual form? I can change the background
color in the properties tab but the scroll bar and other
things like the record number information stays the
standard gray.

These colors are determined by your current system wide Windows settings
and whatever Theme you have applied.

The only other method would be to subclass the Access Form directly and
this is not reccommended.
