Default Shortcut to a specific form and record

I've seen lots of threads on shortcuts to open a database. But are there any
commands to open a specific form with a specific record? This is to
incorporate as an attachment to an automatically generated e-mail asking the
user to carry out a review of this record.

Default Shortcut to a specific form and record

You can easily create a shortcut to a form, by dragging it from the database
window to your desktop BUT that will not allow a user to access your
desktop, and no one should be running a front-end from a server. The only
way to Access a record automatically would be to build a form to open to
that particular record.

What I would do is to build an easy search form and instruct the user what
to look for. There is a quick search form that can be easily adapted at:
