Contents page does't match document map
Hi,
The fourth level of headings are missing from my table of contents ... but it shows up on the document map... Any idea how i can make them appear in my table of contents ? -- Regards, Adrian PS: I am using Word 2003 on windows XP |

I suggest you make the fieldcode of your ToC visible (select the whole TOC and hit Shift F9) and work your way through the TOC entry in the help to determine what switches you have and how they work. You might also "go back" into the Insert | References dialogue and select options to get 4 levels or to include what (heading) styles you have used on such and such level.
