Whenever I try to add a new contact or edit a current one in Outlook 2007
which I installed when I installed Windows Vista, I receive the message "not
implemented". What does that mean and how do I make it go away?

It suggests you may not have configured Outlook 2007 correctly. State how
you set up your mail account and address book service in Outlook.

I didn't. Could be the problem! I get e-mail through MSN, Yahoo and our own
business webmail. But obviously, I have to connect one of them to Outlook to
get the whole thing to work right. Is that correct?

Yes, but good luck. Unless you have a paid, premium account they will not
work with Outlook.
