Default Word Table Adjustments

Is it possible to take Colums (with data input) and change them into rows?
ex: Take all the header colums and make them row Headers, and keep the data
in cells in the correct field?

Default Word Table Adjustments

You can do this easily in excel, but not in Word.

Copy Word table and paste into Excel. Copy in Excel, move cursor to a clear
area. Click paste special, and choose transpose. Copy transposed table and
paste back into Word.
