Default Distribution List Copied From an e-mail

I need to create a distribution list and I want to copy the names from an
e-mail I got with the names on them. When I try to copy & paste I get a
message that they are not recognized. I'm using 2003.

The list of names must be in one of two formats: a semicolon-separated list
of addresses like this:

name one address one; name two address two; name three address three

or in a list with one entry per line, like this:

name one address one
name two address two
etc.

The name portions are optional.

When you list is in opne of these formats, you can select it and paste it
into the Members field available in the Select Members dialogue and then
click OK.
