Default Outlook 2003 loads on startup

My Outlook 2003 is loading at startup and being placed in
my systray. I've looked at startup in the system
configuration and there is no reference to outlook or
osa*.exe or whatever it is. There is nothing in the
startup under programs. I don't want to have outlook
startup when I turn the computer on. How do I get rid of
this?

Thanks,
Charlie

Have you looked under startup by typing MSCONFIG at the run command and then
clicking the startup tab. Should be listed under Microsoft Office.
