Default Updating Contacts through an email

I have seen this before but not sure if Outlook has this feature. You can
create a blanket email for all your contacts to either update or delete their
information.

If you want to send a mesage to all your contacts, open the Contacts folder,
press CTRL-A to select them all, then click ActionsNew Message to Contact.
