Set default email in Microsoft Outlook
I use Outlook Express. My email is yahoo.co.uk. I use Mailwasher Pro. I tag
with MSGTAG. Windows XP Home. Microsoft Office 2003. When I try to click on an email address in a window or on an email to create new mail a box appears with '' default mail client is not properly installed'' I have tried ''fiddling'' with my email option and accounts and into Microsoft Outlook but still get this fault box. Set default email in Microsoft Outlook
Your default mail client is set in IE. The normal default client if Office is
installed is Microsoft Outlook (also for contacts and calendar), with Outlook Express the default for newsgroups. To change this, open IE and click on Tools Internet Options Programs. Hi. Done that and Email says Microsoft Outlook but nothing else in box. I

You are fortunate that yahoo uk allows you POP access to your free Yahoo UK email account......log in to your Yahoo account in your web browser and in the Help section it will tell you the settings to input....

Hi and thanks for the advice. Tried that. Clicked to set as default but still
I get MO up when I, for eg, try to send a JPG. I click on pic symbol, go to send to- - mail recipient --make my pictures smaller --ok then MO outlook comes up with the JPG attached.
