Default torn edge look

How can I get a torn edge look to my text boxes? Like it was torn out of a
magazine.

Using a ClipArt or other image. You will need to layer the objects - put
the text box above the ClipArt.

Draw a rectangle around the text box, lines, more lines, BorderArt, scroll down to
torn paper. From the bottom, resize the border vertically to one torn paper look,
reposition the object to the bottom of your text box, send it to the back.
