Phone numbers all runnig together
When I enter phone numbers apparently there is a default somewhere to have it
set with no separation. It shows up like 1234567891 instead of 123-456-7891 or even (123) 456-7891 Does anyone know how to fix this please?

There is no such setting. You cannot control how Outlook masks phone
numbers.
