Default synchronize contacts to remote computer

The owner of the company wants to have his contacts at the office to
synchronize to his home computer. I can do it manually with Export/Import.
But, I was hoping for a more automated process. Is it possible?

Both computers will be on OL 2007 within a week.

Thank you.
