Default emailing

Using Outlook, I am trying to email a flyer that I created in publisher. I'd
like to include an introduction along with the flyer but I connot add an
"introduction" field.

When emailing a word doc using outlook, the "introduction" field appears
along with the "to", "cc", "subject" ...

Why can't I get the introduction field when emailing from publisher??

Thank you for the help!
