Default How to create tent cards with a mail merge

I am a meeting planner and I have a list of 300+ clients that routinely need
tent cards. I have a list in excel that I merge from. However, when I do it
now, each name takes up two pages. So if I only wanted to print Dr. So and
So's tent card, I would have to select "print" pages 1 & 2. Isn't there a way
to have a mirror page or something instead of it's own page?

Can you kind of explain this better. Do you want the doctor's name on both sides
of the card? Do you want to print only the doctor's card? What size are the tent
cards?

Yes, I want the doctors name on both sides of the card. I'm using 2003. Tent
cards are on 8 1/2 x 11 paper with preprinted logo's and info on them. I am
actually doing this for some one else who currently types each tent card in
powerpoint. We wanted to make something that was like a template. That way
each meeting she can just pick the names she wants to print from a list.

Adeana,

When you setup your merge, put identical fields on both pages. This will work.
You can put the logo on each page but it won't need to be merged, only what is
in the text box. Publisher automatically rotates anything on page two 180
degrees.

If you are unsure, in step five of the merge create a new publication and look
at print preview. You can delete this or use it instead of the merge.

You may have to use the registry fix for a large merge such as yours.
