Default Addin Tabs and home ribbon

Hi,
In outlook 2010 all my addin buttons are coming in Addin Tabs (listed in).
I dont want to always navigate to this tab to use my addins. So would like
to put all my buttons in the "Home" Tab of outlook 2010.
This did not happen in Outlook 2007.
Please advice

The add-in will require an update for Outlook 2010 if it is to automatically
load its buttons in the Home tab.
You can File- Options- Customize Ribbon to modify your Home tab.
You can also right click on the add-in button in the Add-Ins tab and choose
Add to Quick Access Toolbar.
