Moving from subform to subform
When using the mouse to move from subform to subform or even subform
to main form, it also seems like you need to click 2 times on the mouse in order to get a response. Does anyone know a way to get around it? |

Moving from subform to subform
Hi Linda,
What version of Access? I have 2002 and one click with the mouse will move me from one SubForm to a different SubForm on the same MainForm. Have you per chance applied the Office SP3? If not then I would not do it
because of the problems it creates. If you have already done it then there is a HotFix for many of the problem issues. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/945674 Linda wrote: I am using Access 2003 with a database that is Access 2000. -- RuralGuy (RG for short) aka Allan Bunch MS Access MVP - acXP WinXP Pro Please post back to this forum so all may benefit. Not really sure Hotfix will resolve this. But the issue I think is
the 1st click puts the focus on the button and the 2nd click executes the click event when going from subform to parent form. |

I'm sorry I can't help further Linda. My AccessXP does not exhibit those
symptoms. I don't know what else to try. If you want you can zip up your db and send it to Rural Guy at Wild Blue dot Net and I'll take a look at it. With Access2003/SP2 I can't reproduce the mis-behavior either.

Thanks Linq. I was hoping someone with ac2003 would jump in with a comment.
Linda, have you tried Compact and Repair? Do you have any code anywhere that could cause this behavior? Linq Adams wrote: With Access2003/SP2 I can't reproduce the mis-behavior either.
