Avoid printing table gridlines
Anyone have a clue as to how to avoid printing the gridlines in a
table in MS Word 2002? The hide-show menu option does not effect the printing! Curious __________________________________________________ _____________________________ Posted Via Uncensored-News.Com - Accounts Starting At $6.95 - http://www.uncensored-news.com The Worlds Uncensored News Source |

Curious In a Word table, gridlines and borders are two completely separate mechanisms. Gridlines never print, while borders always print (unless you change their color to white). To remove the lines from the printout, use Format Borders to remove the borders. See http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/Gridlines.htm for a full description. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
