Default can send / cannot receive email

Dear list,

I have just installed Outlook 2003 on my XP system and
would like to terminate the use of my existing Outlook
Express program for email.

I have installed everything and can send email with no
problem. I cannot, however, receive email. Instead the
mail is received in the old Outlook Express acct. I have
copied the account settings exactly as OE with no
effect. The test email (option within Outlook 2003) is
sent with no problems. I have noticed others on the list
with the same problem but have yet to see a solution.

Would appreciate any help you can offer.

Best regards,

darren

Try this:
Internet Explorer Tools Programs Assign Outlook as default mail program.
