How to create a link to "IE favorites" from within Outlook 2003?

Default How to create a link to "IE favorites" from within Outlook 2003?

In previous versions of Outlook, I was able to has a direct link to my
Internet Explorer Favorites list (automatically alphabetized) from within
Outlook. Is there a way to establish a similar direct link from within
Outlook 2003?

you can add a shortcut to the shortcut bar (open windows explorer and drag
the favorites to outlook to create a shortcut) or add the Favorites back to
the toolbar (tools, customize, menu bar category, favorites command)
