Default Access Conversion from 97 to XP2002

In the Control Source of a text box of a report I typed ="To: "&[OtherNames] & [Report]![Name]

When I preview I get #Error

Default Access Conversion from 97 to XP2002

Suggestions:

1. Change the Name of this text box. Its Name must not be the same as the
name of a field if you bind it to an expression.

2. Do you have a text box or field named "Name"? If so change it. The report
already has a Name property, so a field or control named Name will clash.
