Copying Column Headers to Excel

Default Copying Column Headers to Excel

I want to copy a single row from a table that is being displayed
within a form and paste that row into an Excel Spreadsheet WITHOUT the
column header. Every time I copy a row and paste it, it brings the
column header information with it. How can I stop this from happening?
