Ruler Zero Point
Is there any way to reset the Ruler Zero point so it is not in the center of
the page? I want to put in the upper right similar to Word. Jeff |

Ruler Zero Point
Hi Jeff,
I don't think so. You can choose to show/not show the vertical and horizontal rulers, but you can't customize them. You might find it helpful to turn on the grid: click on View, Grid and Guides. No, but if you want to get measurements from a particular point, drag the guides to the starting point then hold down Shift while you drag the guide to the point you want to measure; while you're dragging, the little tooltip readout will show you how far you are from the starting point rather than the distance from center of slide. -- Steve Rindsberg, PPT MVP PPT FAQ: www.pptfaq.com PPTools: www.pptools.com ================================================ Featured Presenter, PowerPoint Live 2004 October 10-13, San Diego, CA www.PowerPointLive.com ================================================ |
