revealing bullet items
My Administrator requested to be able to reveal bullet
points on a single slide in a custom order. They are doing a management retreat and doing a game show and there are a list of possible answers. they only want to reveal the answers as they are given and still be able to see the questions and the previously revealed answers. Any ideas. I am not an avid Powerpoint user, but I know some of you guys will know how to do this right away. |

Not having the newer version(s), which would have allowed you to use
"Triggers", you can do one of the following: 1. Have several slides with action buttons that take you to the desired slide so the desired item(s) show(s), or, 2. If you don't mind learning a little VBA programming, you can do it with code. If you are thinking of a Family Feud type game, I have a sample file that you can download from my site: http://www.pttinc.com/ppgame.htm -- Bill Foley, Microsoft MVP (PowerPoint) Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor - XP www.pttinc.com Check out PPT FAQs at: http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/ Check out Word FAQs at: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/index.htm wrote in message ... btw we have PPT 2000. Thanks for the help. I think they will be able to use
these options. -----Original Message----- Not having the newer version(s), which would have allowed you to use "Triggers", you can do one of the following: 1.
