2007 Outlook Contact Problem
I have a Contact that I have had for years that I cannot open any longer. It
exists in an OUtlook Sub-Folder with 5 other Contacts that open and close just find. I have them in Business Card view format. Another Contact in a close by folder has suddenly disappeared. It is not in Deleted Items or Recycle - just gone. It alos was old and large. Diagnostics found nothing - I tried changing views and opening - it does not provide an error message - it just does not open. Any help would be appreciated. |

2007 Outlook Contact Problem
Define "cannot open." What happens when you try? Any error messages?
Have you tried running scanpst.exe against your .pst file? How big is it? Is it in the older or newer file format? (Older = 97-2002 format / newer = Personal Folders) -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
