Installing Office 2007 from an upgrade disc

Old computer has Office 2003 upgraded to Office 2007. Purchased new computer
and want to install Office 2007 but all I have is the upgrade disc. Can I
install from an upgrade disc or will I need to buy 2003, install it and then
upgrade?
