Default Can't stop to response to request for read receipts

I have a problem, I have one sub e-mail account (supose name it forA) which
can receive e-mail but can't send out e-mail. For testing, I use another sub
e-mail account (supose name it for B) to send out e-mail to A, A received
e-mail from B, and then come out a message to ask me for response to request
for read receipt to B, and I click "OK", but A is the one that can't send out
e-mail, so my PC is still running to try to sending out this reguest to
response to request for read receipt to B. Because A can't send out e-mail.
so the screen of "Outlook Send/Receive Progress" come up and still running,
won't stop running to sending to response to request for read receipt to B.

Now I would like to stop it still running, how I can delete to stop my PC to
response to request for read recipt from A to B. Please help.

Thank you so much for your time and attention. I am looking forward to
hearing from you soon.

Henry

The easiest is to configure the account with a server so you can send the
receipt.... or you can delete it -
