Default Which office suites include picture manager, has it been replaced

I'm buying a personal home computer, currently have a laptop belonging to
work. I want to buy an office suite but I want to have picture manager. I use
this on my work laptop as it is included with Office 2003.

My new PC will be on Vista and I want to buy one of the 2007 Office products
and would just like to know which if any includes picture manager. If not
then what software has replaced this.

I need to rotate, crop and resize pictures - can I do this easily with any
other microsoft product included with the Office 2007 Home user package ?

Excellent news - I wish they listed it under whats included on their office
2007 website. I have been hunting all morning.
