Default Media Files in Power Point

I want to add a windows media video file to a power point presentation and
would like to have it embedded so that I can email the presentation to a
prospect without also having to email the media file. Is there a way to do
this? Or do I have to put the media file up on a webserver. When I "Insert a
Movie" and select the wmv file I have tried to save it as a power point show
but it does not take the media file with it.

You cant embed video in ppt. You will need to place it in a folder with the
presentation. Insert it and then save. Email the whole folder. eccipients
should drag the folder to their C drive.

You can use pfcmedia to do this for you, this will also ensure youre using
a standard codec and optimise the vid to give a smaller file size. There's a
free trial http://www.pfcmedia.com/

Did that answer the question / help?
