Default Power Point Macro

I am inexperienced with VB but can usually fake my way through some simple
tasks recording macros. I need to create a simple macro that forces
powerpoint 2007 to update links at two specific times during the day, evey
day. Do I have the ablilty to use the OnTime method and if so, how do you
intialize it.

Thank you
