Default read incoming email in html

I have Windows Vista, Outlook 07 and installed AVG. all my emails are coming
in with plain text. I dont' know how to turn off the AVG email scan, and I
can't find the "infobar"that outlook keeps telling me to find...can someone
help me so that my emails come in looking normal in html? thanks. I need
detailed instructions.

If AVG converted the message then there is no Infobar.
See AVG support for more help on disabling its integration with Outlook.
